Foo-foo Breakfast Coffee

No alcohol is this foo-foo drink!  No added sugar, crappy ingredients or guilt either!  Only a boost of protein and healthy fat to start your morning right!  I love this coffee when I know it will be a couple hours until I eat a nutrient-dense breakfast. 

Ingredients

1 cup brewed coffee (not 8 ounces! Seriously, who only drinks 8 ounces of coffee?)
1 tsp unrefined coconut oil
2 TBSP paleo-friendly protein powder
2 TBSP organic full-fat coconut milk

Method

Add coconut oil and protein powder to brewed coffee.
Mix with mini whisk (not electric)
Add coconut milk and whisk again
Voila! A little cup of happy in less than 2 minutes.
