I'm Melanie-

Although I practice “Abundant Hope” health coaching now, it wasn’t always this way for me.
After struggling with my weight and food addiction for years in my teens and 20s, my less than stellar habits finally caught up to me a few years ago. During a time of extreme stress, self-doubt and hopelessness, I became physically ill with what I would later find out was autoimmune gastritis.
Throughout my journey, which involved testing, research, and some serious mindset changes, I found the keys to sustainable health. I realized that my thoughts and beliefs about my health dictated all my decisions, and that I could gradually make the changes that would create the vibrant health I longed for. (That’s the short version, anyway!)
Now I’m on a mission to help you do the same, because, as I’ve found…
